The things you claim you are capable of doing have no bearing on your actual level of strength. You might be able to do a lot of things, and you might be really skilled at settling them on your own, but that does not make you a powerful person in and of itself.
It is not the things you are capable of doing that determine your level of strength. It depends on the things that you once thought you couldn’t do, but you somehow managed to do them all over again. If you thought you couldn’t do something, but you did it anyway, that counts.
It is true that you may be able to do a lot of things, but that does not make you a powerful person. Just because you are capable of doing a lot of things does not make you powerful. When you discover that you are stronger than you had imagined, you will be able to accomplish goals that you had previously written off as impossible.
Strength doesn’t come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t.
If you really want to know how strong you are, you should challenge yourself by performing tasks that you have previously regarded as challenging. Make an effort to surmount the challenges that you initially judged to be beyond your ability to handle.
In that case, you should try to improve your level of self-assurance and confront your fears head-on. If you really want to know how strong you are, you need to push yourself to do things that you have never before considered to be within your capabilities.
Accomplish the goal that you never in your life would have imagined you could accomplish. The day that you actually face all of the adversity and still emerge victorious is the day that you can legitimately claim that you are strong enough!
It is all about achieving things that were too far away from you, even things that were too far away from the place where your thoughts would have reached. This is the key to success.
